An Executive Coach who was previously, a Director with KPMG and the Audit Commission, with over thirty years’ experience working extensively with boards, chief executives and senior management teams delivering independent financial audits, management reviews and investigations and now coaching for a wide range of publicly funded bodies including, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Pension Funds and Charities. Have improved management and control of organisations varying in size from £10 thousand to £1 billion turnover.

Andrea is an Affiliate with the Jersey Audit Office, ACCA and AAT Regulatory Panel Member, Independent Audit Committee member. In addition to coaching, Andrea is currently, providing independent audit expertise and assessments of leadership, culture, governance, value for money and internal control. Extensive senior level experience in a quasi-judicial role with responsibilities considering public sector legality and compliance issues.

Known for exercising sound evidence-based judgement, developing trusting relationships at all levels within an organisation, bringing clarity and focus to senior management and boards, being an enabler and for providing insight and forward looking solutions to governance and organisational issues.

Achieved a 1st Class Honours Degree in Psychology in 2019 and Distinction in my Masters Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change in 2023.
