​Founded in 2021, our Co-Managing Directors Sarah Lawrence and Anna Maddox came together with a shared passion for enabling more organisations to create inclusive and fearless leadership in their teams. We are supported by a diverse and talented team of carefully selected associates who we have worked or studied with over numerous years. Associates are chosen to for their range of experience and professional backgrounds, each with their own successful businesses or careers, and work with us on a subcontracting basis. We also have a wider network of associates and partners we work with when demand requires in addition to our fantastic team. 

Our team has extensive experience, training, accreditations and qualifications in Coaching and Behavioural Change. They and bring a wealth of real-world experience from their senior roles across multiple industries in corporate, public and third sectors.
