Caroline is an experienced leadership development professional and ICF Associate Certified Coach with over 25 years of experience across the private and public sectors. Having lived and worked internationally in diverse cultural and complex organisational environments, she brings a global perspective and deep empathy to her client work.

Much of Caroline’s corporate career was spent at Mars, Inc., where she held a variety of roles in HR, Learning & Development, and Digital Learning. As Director of CRe8learning Ltd since 2016, she has successfully partnered with global clients to deliver tailored one-to-one coaching and design impactful learning experiences, including an award-winning Consultant Development Programme.

Caroline works independently and in collaboration with several UK and global coaching organisations. Her clients range from senior and mid-level leaders to emerging talent looking to define their value, increase their impact, and take the next step in their leadership journey. Her broad sector experience includes Aerospace & Defence, Consulting, FMCG, Healthcare, and Not-for-Profit.

Caroline has a specialist interest and extensive experience in supporting neurodiverse professionals. Her approach focuses on helping individuals understand and leverage their unique strengths to achieve greater confidence, performance, and career satisfaction.
