Garry is an executive coach, facilitator and development consultant known for turning leadership theory into everyday practice. As Head of Learning & Development at Nestlé UK&I, he shapes the learning strategy that equips 8,000+ employees to thrive in a fast-moving marketplace. Over 25 years in HR and operations, he has steered culture-building, talent acceleration and continuous-improvement programmes across a range of operational environments.

Alongside his corporate role, Garry runs a private coaching practice and is completing a PhD on leadership, motivation and workplace thriving. He couples academic rigour—an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and multiple professional coaching credentials—with hands-on experience leading large, diverse teams. Certified in a suite of behavioural-assessment tools, he designs interventions that translate insight into action, delivering measurable shifts in performance and culture.
