QUALIFICATIONS
Gary has walked the walk having worked in senior marketing and commercial roles across two FTSE100 companies and two family owned businesses, including 11 years on various boards. His passion for unlocking and igniting potential people and teams led him to undertake a Masters in Coaching and Behaviour Change, at Henley Business School, where he specialised in how to cultivate psychological safety. Since then he founded and runs his own coaching practice GK Exec Coaching and is delighted to work with CopperWave as a consultant.
