Edwin’s extensive professional background spans thirty years, a large proportion of which was within the dynamic conglomerate 3M—a Fortune 100 company with a $70 billion valuation. Edwin has vast experience across roles in manufacturing, supply chain, research and development and business, in sectors such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and general industry. These experiences equipped Edwin with a comprehensive understanding of diverse industries and an innate ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes. For the last six years within 3M Edwin served as an executive and team coach, helping top talent achieve extraordinary personal and professional transformations and worked on a global scale across EMEA businesses, developing C-suite executives and high-potential leaders through a prestigious corporate leadership development program.  With over a thousand hours of coaching accomplished, Edwin has witnessed first-hand the immense power of coaching in facilitating lasting change and growth.  
 

Edwin has an MSc in Coaching & Behavioral Change at Henley Business School. This academic pursuit allows him to stay at the forefront of coaching practices and equip himself with the latest evidence-based techniques. His ongoing research explores the fascinating realm of Intercultural Psychological Safety, as he is deeply invested in creating inclusive coaching environments where individuals feel safe to explore and expand their potential.
